The reservation is considered valid from the date of receipt by the consumer (customer) confirmation of the contractor. If the consumer (customer) has not made advance payment within the prescribed period, the reservation is non-guaranteed, and overdue for payment account-confirmation in part prices loses its legal force. The price of the rooms for this booking is the consumer (customer) at the price prevailing on the date of settlement.
